How to Participate?

Midland offers an easy-to-fill referral form where you provide basic contact details for the person you’re referring. There is no limit to how many people you can refer—share the opportunity as much as you like.

Referral Reward

If your referred individual enrolls at Midland, you’ll receive a gift card via email. The same gift card will also be mailed to the address provided in your form. Referral and enrollment verification occurs approximately every six weeks.
